How do I add company-recommended hotels?
A step-by-step guide on how an admin user can mark hotels as company-recommended and how to add preferences to traveler profiles.
How to mark company hotel recommendations as an admin:
Go to your admin user profile’s travel search feature and the “Hotels” tab.
Enter traveler, destination, check-in, and check-out dates.
After your results, you’ll see a heart symbol next to each hotel. You can choose the recommended ones for your company by clicking on the heart, based on your policies or preferences.
Select your preferred hotels and refresh the page to see them as the top search results, appearing first for all your travelers.
To remove a recommended hotel, you can simply click on the heart image again.
