Central payments for car rentals

Unlike payments for flights & hotels, car rental agencies either require renters to pay using a physical card or via your company’s direct billing arrangements with the rental agency. Unfortunately, they don’t accept virtual or direct payments from travel agencies.

Routespring provides below options to centrally pay for all your car rentals:

 

• • Suppose you have a billing arrangement with any of your preferred rental agencies. In that case, you can configure that within the Routespring platform so that your travelers don’t need to pay using a physical card at the counter (Routespring > Company dashboard > Payment Methods > Vendor Specific).
