The first fully AI product from Routespring AI Labs. FolioAI is built around one simple promise no hotel folio gets missed.
Hotel folios are the backbone of clean reconciliation and accurate reporting, yet teams spend hours chasing them across inboxes, time zones, and hotel front desks. FolioAI automates the entire follow up loop.
FolioAI uses an AI voice agent that proactively contacts hotels after checkout to request the folio. If the folio is not provided, the agent follows up until it is received, so missing folios do not pile up.
The outcome fewer gaps, fewer escalations, fewer last minute scrambles at month end.
Once the folio is received, it flows into an automatically managed reconciliation tool that reads and organizes charges, explains discrepancies (unexpected fees, taxes, incidentals, mismatched dates, duplicate charges), and flags what looks wrong and why it looks wrong.
