How it works:

🔹 Refer a business to Routespring and earn commissions.
 🔹 Commissions are calculated on Routespring’s revenue from travel booked in the first 12 months.
 🔹 Payouts are made quarterly, with referral payments due 30 days after travel is completed.

Referral Registration

  • The partner must register the prospect with us by communicating via email before we have any prior conversation with them. A referral is valid for 3 months and can be renewed.

Commission Duration

  • Commission is paid for the first 18 months, starting from either (1) the company's first travel booking or (2) the date the contract is signed—whichever occurs first.

Platform Switch Bonus

  • Available for customers currently using SAP Concur, AMEX GBT, CWT, or Navan. The prospect must currently be using these platforms for at least 20% of its travel bookings.

  • When and how do I get paid my commission?

  • Commissions are paid quarterly, based on the actual travel booked by your referral. Payments are processed 30 days after the travel is completed, ensuring you receive earnings based on real transactions.

  • How long will I earn commissions from my referral?

  • You will receive commissions for the first 18 months starting from either (1) the company’s first travel booking or (2) the contract signing date—whichever comes first.

  • What qualifies a business for the Platform Switch Bonus?

  • A business qualifies for the 5% Platform Switch Bonus if they are currently using SAP Concur, AMEX GBT, CWT, or Navan for at least 20% of their travel bookings before switching to Routespring.

  • Can I refer multiple businesses and earn from all of them?

  • Yes! There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer. The more companies you bring in, the more you earn in commissions over time.
